Don't know what's in it but I'll bet it's not illegal in the Caribbean to put this stuff in a Super Soaker.

no permits, no Coast Guard issues, bio degradable .......no worries.

I have an Ex FBI friend that says if you have to repel unwanted boarders on the boat to use Wasp/Hornet spray....the kind that shoots 20ft...he says if you spray them in the face with that stuff, they cant see or breath well at all for some time!! Pray you never have to use it!!
