That's a pretty boat.

I knew a fellow who had a 60' ice-breaker rated tugboat that was powered by a single 6-71 natural Detroit. And it was one of the low power ones. He compared it to driving a train: took forever to get going, but stopping took longer.

Lovely boat, but I think it would take the rest of my life just to figure out what all that stuff DOES.

Looked at an old seagoing tug a few years back. Boat was about $200,000. Calculated fueling it up would run me $235,000. I'm guessing it probably wasn't full of fuel when it was offered.

Back in the day Dad had one under contract out of Michigan, and was going to convert her. Survey failed when the 6' draft actually measured 9+.
