Hi, we just got back from spending a wonderful week in Miami, aboard Angela's Sanctuary! We also had the pleasure of meeting Pascal & Naomi and Mario & Yaisy and their lil guys, Mario & Jose! Thanks to all of you for taking the time to come and visit with us! And a special thanks to our gracious hostess, Angela! We really like the Miami area and will be making it our new home as soon as we can make our plan come together....Laurie & Jim

Hey Pascal...Why does it say "member"' not even "senior member". Are you not still a "moderator"??? I am half way through radiation and looking good.

yes i am.. i changed the status a while back since i had decided to stop moderating the only member who needed moderating dont' need any tag to delete spam which is really the extent of our duties ...

when do you think you'll be coming back down ? there is a good looking convertible that seems to be lonely on the next dock

I just happend to read this post as I am in Florida too. I recall posting something on a topic a while ago which was gone when I went back to read it. Maybe it was spam from another moderator. What is a moderator anyhow?

Moderators act as forum police. They keep the discussions civil, delete spam & offensive remarks and give misbehaving members gentle reminders, slaps up side the head or in extreme cases - introduce them to www.thehulltruth.com - then slam the cage door shut behind them. I only know of one case of the latter.

Most of what we do these days is get rid of the spam.

That's the "job" part of the job, and why you don't see hundreds of "make your wee-wee bigger" ads here.

Interesting you mention the hull truth as that was brought up on the thread which disappeared. I look in on that forum and find many members of this one there as well as moderators from this one who seem to be confused about there titles. Sorry I brought it up it won't happen again. Are you a member of the hull truth?
