need hardware to stop doors from sliding

We have working on redoing a 67 34 hatt. We have just refinished the doors and paneling on the outside of the boat. It is beautiful--I would not let my husband glass anything over....however, the doors are the original sliding doors...what is the best way to keep them from sliding when we are under way? We can go for a cocktail cruise, and I'll come down off of the flybridge to find the doors to one side! on fishing trips they go back and forth!

They actually make a flip down door/window stop. I've used them for all kinds of reasons on all kinds of boats they work very well.

I think Sam's carries them under door stop.
