I see this boat is still on the market and advertised as being in excellent condition, top to bottom. I have already provided full copies of both surveys to the Broker.

That's very nice of you. I know the broker so I'm not surprised. Actually expected something like that. Sorry you got involved. She is a beautiful boat though. They could say it shows well. Just doesnt survey well.
