Due to my generator being delivered 4 months late.... looks like I will be heading south from Chesapeake, VA to St. Pete Florida late April-Early May.
I'd rather not shotgun the trip with 10 hours running days on end. Originally planned to just take my time over several weeks, but now I have business and personal conflicts entering the equation.
In order to enjoy some of the trip, I'm looking for some modestly priced marinas .. or even boatyards.... where I might be able to leave the boat a week or two at a time... I plan to go around through the keys and back up the Gulf.
Not even sure if this is feasible but looking for some tribal knowledge from the Hatteras clan here....
