Marine air seperate units

Bow air conditioner trys to start and immediately stops.

Never gets going long enough to get hot and water pump and water flow are good.

Salon a/c that uses same water pump is fine.

I had that happen some time ago and remember it being the start capacitor.

Maybe check the charge. What control do you have?
