They’re all good, so the one that actually has a vacancy is the one.

Port of the Islands is south of there, but may be an option. After Hurricane Ian hit Ft Myers/Ft Myers Beach, we are still way behind in marinas reopening. One of the ones here in Ft Myers was completely rebuilt, looks amazing, but due to a dispute between the property owner and the company leasing/managing the property, they evicted everyone in December and have been completely empty since. They won't even allow restaurant customers to dock there - there's a restaurant on the property.
