Magnum inverter customer service

I guess yall have read about all the rain we have had here in SC last week. Well my inverter stopped letting pass through 110 power through and I lost all my freezer items. I couldnt figure out why so I called Magnum and talked to several tech reps.(not all at the same time). I know its been said here before about how good they are but they really went over and beyond expectations. I traced it down to some corrosion on the back of the cable connection on the remote read out display. I unplugged the wire and tried to clean it up with a wire brush but ended up breaking a tab off the socket where the wire plugs into. It took me a while to finally find the problem but the tech reps walked me through step by step. My hat is off to this American company based on the west coast. I bought our Hatteras 5 yrs ago not knowing squat mainly because of this active forum of owners. I knew I could get help and boy did I need it, thanks to all of you. Magnum backs their product up and offers great customer services so thats another no brainer. Just thought I would pass the story along.
