Way off (Hatt) topic, I have a ctr console I'm prepping for sale and found water in the lower unit oil of one. They're older Yamaha 200hp and a pressure test with my little mightvac found air rushing out below the water pump (upper seal area!) There also appears to be some milky fluid behind the prop. My question: has anyone ever replaced the seals on one of these and have a sense of the ease with which it can be done?
