Looking a two burner 240 volt stove top slick (smooth) surface if possible. New or goooood used one. Tim
 
What dimensions? If you can get an induction cook top that's the way to go. Boils a pot of water in under a minute. Cook top doesn't get real hot and doesn't heat up the cabin like conventional stoves.
 
I'll ditto the suggestion for induction cooktop. That's what's going in my boat and we're planning to do the galley makeover this year - that's going to be a biggie! How much do you want to spend? Fagor makes decent induction cooktops. Summit makes them too, and they are probably the cheapest in terms of price, but many people complain that "low" isn't low enough. If you choose radiant heat instead, you should be able to find one almost anywhere such as Home Depot, Lowes, etc. at a lot less cost of induction.
