  1. OWNER - I own a Hatteras Yacht
Hatteras Model
43' MOTOR YACHT (1984 - 1987)
love to meet a woman 40-56 who enjoys boating and crusing around fl waters.

Check out the BoatUS message board. There's a category for this.

Good luck fishing... ;)

Love to meet a woman who loves boating..........

SEND PICTURE OF BOAT :D

must be able to clean fish, and the boat when done

Starman has the right idea.

I need to hipnotize my woman to love boating :p

Carl, let me know if it works. mine hates it.

Hey there is always the down side. Mine loves the boat which means its hard to go fishing with the boys offshore because she wants to go cruising :( .
I can't even go to Boat show alone anymore

i found one.... after 20 years of heavy negotiation to go on the boat, it's refreshing... oh yeah.. she has a sister :-)

Funny how times change....the "old" joke about the perfect woman used to be:

A chef in the kitchen
A maid in the living room
A hooker in the bedroom, or something like that.

Now it's:

Chef in the Galley
Mate on the deck
Mechanic in the engine room
A bartender at sunset
A captain when you've had too many
A watchman at night
Tiny (for access to places on the boat you can't reach)

And oh yea....an animal in the stateroom!

Thats funny, I am the one who hates crusing! My wife would take the boat out cruising every weekend, that is if she knew how to dock it :D . If you can't hook it, dive it, or stick it, what's the point?

Wanted:

3' tall woman with flat head. Must be able to rig ballyhoo, tie a Bimini Twist, cook, clean, cut bait, filet fish, and own boat.

Send picture of boat.

Poor Fred. Never came back to this post did he?

I'd have 1/2 expectred Randy to weigh in on this one, but then again, probably not. At least not right now. (I feel his pain. And if he drank Gin [Bombay, Saphire, please], and lived on the West Coast) we could do some damage, I think.)

Why, do you think, the boating thing is so predominently male? Doesn't make sense, really.

I just want one that will sit on the bow, look pretty and shut up. You'd think those simple requirements would be easy to fulfil. Not so. Sometimes I can't hear my engines for the yappin'.

Mine loves the boat and to cruise. But she does not have sea legs and gets sea sick the first part of the season. So she must have her feet on the ground once in a while. I can live with that for a while. But what is she going to do when we live aboard in 5 years. I hope it's all in the training. I hope I don't have to trade her in. She had never been on a boat until 4 years ago. But I think it's growing on her. I though everyone had been on a boat. She is hot to trot to get back on the water. Only 8 Saturdays or 54 days. But who's counting. Good Luck in your hunt.

BILL

It sure makes the time go fast when you have a couple of your ladies laying on the bow ( with not much on) while you are on the flybridge operating the boat. Have been lucky a few times. I feel pretty lucky to have a lady who likes the water as much as I do. As long as I can find her a beach to comb. Hensh the name "Beach Nut". Good luck with your search.
