Lavatory Faucet Cartridges

Does anyone know the cartridges required to replaces the inner workings of the faucets in the sinks in the heads? Mine work but are tight on some of the faucets. 1978 53 MY.

I would like to replace the entire faucets and the sink if I can find a source that drops into the v-berth bathroom on a 38' FBDC. It's a rectangular sink.
