Some friends an myself are taking our boats to Marineland Marina September 2,3 and 4 for the Labor Day Weekend. There are evening Kayak Tours, as well as Marineland across the street, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean for surf fishing and swimming. The water will be in the 80's, so comfortable to be in.

There are still slips available and I have seen 82 foot Hatts there in the past, so there is room. I am leaving Daytona Marina Saturday morning for a slow cruise, I have to be there at high tide. I draw 6 feet. So if any body wants to follow, or form a flotilla, let me know.

If any body is interested, please join us for some un-rest and no relaxation.

Eric is the contact at the marina, and the phone number is 904-814-9886.

I am also able to do some leg work if needed.

Have a great week,
Tim

Stop in on the way and take mine too.

Looks a little rougher in the mornings. How about I throw in some diesel?

The double bag ladies!

Well I wanted to brag about the weekend, and post some pics, but I am in the weeds with this storm. Got back last night, and my phone was going off the hook. It was just 3 boats, but already planning another weekend If the facility is still there after Irma.

If anybody gets the desire for a weekend fun spot, Go, you will not be disappointed. Went behind the scenes at Marineland Dolphin Center, touched and fed the critters, sunset kayak tour, swimming in the ocean, and saw historic ruins.

The Marina is first rate, and the staff could not have been more accommodating.

Perfect spot for a rendezvous if any one is interested.

Please be safe everybody, Keep an eye on the storm.
Tim

Doing the Marine Land trip again this year, but going Memorial Day weekend also if any one is interested. We had 7 boats scheduled Labor Day, but 4 canceled due to Irma. 3 of us went and had a ball.

If any one wants to meet for Memorial Day weekend, I can assist with reservations again, it is a great place to stay and visit with other boaters. If not, still planning on Labor Day if that works better. I will bump this once in a while to gain interest.

I'm initially interested, but will have to check schedules. If I were you, I'd start a new post lest us procrastinators miss out.

Sorry, that is what I was thinking.

New thread to follow.
