Kohler genset

Hello all, I am having some trouble with my Kohler Generator 15 KVA model 4JHL-K. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this unit? I have tried to get one from Kohler but they insist I use my local dealer here in Asia, but they will not reply to my query. The problem is that after the unit has been running for about an hour or so, I can not shut it down, or it will shut itself down. I figure it's a relay or bad wire... but which one?

Thanks for the offer Jim, but I would not expect you to put out that much money, I believe it would cost a fair bit to send a manual all the way here. All I really need is a wiring schematic of the control box and it's relays.

I am the sales rep for Nixon Power for the mid-east coast for Kohler. I need your gen sets model and serial number so I can email you any manuals you might want. I might have to get them from Kohler if they are not on my tech pages. I will be glad to do that because I want to make sure you get good service.
Buy the way I worked for Hatteras Yachts for 37 years before the turn down in yachting. Also have been helping out Sams Marine for 7 years on electrical and mech problems. I also taught all the dealer techs for Hatteras and have a owners course that I put on each year. Just a little history about myself.
