My old similar Kohler has to come out too. Have you worked out how to remove it out of the boat? I am looking for ideas on how to do this. I see no easy way.

For mine, we put an I-beam through the windows and lifted with a chain fall. Then made a ramp to the pilothouse and rolled it all the way out the back.

They just broke it down in place and removed it.
