Like every one i am shopping for marine insurance. Would you guys share company names and maybee some phone numbers. Also if there are some quirks let me know.

I went with Russell Jamieson of Atlass Insurance .... I got full coverage including named storms and wind damage from them...They came in $500 under the next lowest offer, and that company would not cover wind damage....

Same here. Make sure you have a rider until you get the boat out of Fl. Try and get a policy from Traveler's. Dawn claims the Ace policy is just as good.

X3 on Dawn S. Very proactive and helpful; is there for you for claims too, not just selling you a policy. No BS. I have had some small claims with ACE and they were quick to pay, yet my policy cost has gone down or stayed the same every year.

I've had a great experience with Markel Insurance/Marine and their JackLine policy. I think many agent sell. I have some close friends that are executives and deal directly with them.
