Insurance Experience

Just wanted to share a good experience with you about insurance. I just finished a refit on a 65 41' Convertible and was shopping for insurance. I tried all the regular places and no one even wanted to talk to me due to the age of the vessel. I had a current survey, with no major problems. I did some research on this site and came across "Adam" at Charter Lakes. I did contact him via email and sent him all the information. He shopped prices for me, was very nice, always returned email and phone calls, explained coverage, and ended up writing a very good affordable policy for me.

I spent many hours trying to find the best deal for my situation. Cost vs. Coverage, etc. Adam did this all for me and came up with a policy that was taylored perfectly for me. I am not affiliated with him, don't get anything for referrals, and this does this help me in any way. Just passing on very important information that I originally received from this website. I don't want to make this an advertisement, Just want to help if someone is in the same situation as I was.

Sounds like he did his job well. All of us brokers should be doing the same I know alot of brokers do not have all the markets but they should never just shut you down.

I specalize in marine insurance myself and its always nice to hear someone had a good expierience (even if it wasnt with me lol) it makes my job easier.
