I guess new boat means lots of new questions for the experts on this forum. Thank goodness it exists.
After reading all the threads on the subject, I've decided to put Amtico Teak & Holly in the galley when we do the remodel. What tips can any of you who have installed this product give me? For example, what did you do to make the subfloor perfrectly flat after removing the old linoleum? Did you use an underlayment over the plywood floor after you pulled off the old linoleum? If so, how did you fasten it down? Screws? Nails? Glue? How did you cut the Amtico, particularly when fitting around curved walls and/or angles?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
