Inexpensive 34' Hatteras on Craigs List

I came across a post for a 1965 34' Conv on Craigs List listed for $2,500.00 in the Long Island area. I called and spoke to the lady and she is really motivated to make the boat go away. Sounds like any fair offer is gonna get it. I would love to have it but the cost of trucking from L.I. would not make it cost effective. Search Long Island Craigs List. The add was dated 9/1/2009. If there are any transporters out there looking for a job, make me a deal, I just may bite!

Think I saw it on ebay last week - was located in hamptons. Poor girl was in awful awful shape, as in you would have to pay someone to take it away. Exterior, interior, electronics completely shot. No engines, shafts or props if same one. Looked like it was sitting in somebody's backyard along with broken appliances.

No, this is in water and complete, was running a year ago but obviously very neglected. Tell me about the one you looked at. I may be interested in it for parts.

Wow - that sounds like fantastic deal for a potentially running Hatteras. I think the other one is off ebay as I couldn't find when I did search again today.
