For some reason, though I followed Ike closely as it traveled toward our shores, and followed news where I found it, I've missed the extent of the devastation this storm has brought to the TX coast. I saw a few before and after pictures of ravaged waterfront properties, but that's to be expected when the homes are feet from angry waters.
Yesterday, I ran across a link to an assemblage of photos a guy put together of all of the pictures folks had been sending him. I won't explore the reasons here as to why, but it seems this storm was under-reported and I wanted to share the link: http://www.tpicks.com/pictures people have sent me.html

I hope the lack of coverage isn't causing any issues with getting relief.
