Yes, that plus other factors would make me low bid her. Of course I am a very cheap Pennsylvania Dutchman so I am always going to low bid. I've bought four boats and have yet to pay close to the listing price.

The price is high because the use of the berth which is very desirable goes with the boat. It’s a nice boat but!

Rusty, went out with Scott today, fabulous trip, 75 degrees sunny, anchored for lunch in a beautiful cove. Sydney Harbor is breathtakingly beautiful, especially from a boat. Scott was a fabulous host anyone goin to Sydney should look him up . Thanks again Scott. John
