Our blog is finally updated! tons of pictures and comments. It's been a dream trip from beginning to end. It's also been fun Blogging it for all to see and enjoy.

Thanks to all of you for the encouragement and the help. You were all with us in spirit on this trip and this blog is dedicated to you...

Thanks SeaEric for selling us a good boat! Mr. Parsons would be proud I'm sure.

Enjoy!

Mario,
That was an absolutely fantanstic post from start to finish. Thankyou for sharing it.
May you, Yaisey, the boys and the Old Hatt have many happy days afloat.

Welcome home, my friends.

After all the work pre-cruise and then the long journey, you must know every system on that boat from the inside out. Way to go. Enjoy her.

Mario, You're quite welcome. It was a pleasure to do business with you. Glad you're home safe and sound. I'll call the Parsons' and let them know the old girl made the trip just fine.

Mario,

Thanks so much for sharing your trip. I've shared the link with everyone here at Sam's Marine and Deep River Traders. You have about two dozen people around here wanting to stop work and go cruising now.

welcome home.. can't wait to see the boat... i hope you're not going to be a(nother) slip queen :-)

Under the heading of "How To Use A Hatteras", I recommend Mario and Yaisy for the rank of tenured full Professors :D

Congratulations on a great and happy trip, and thank you for setting an example for all of us. I will try to post something similar when I bring Blue Note back here in the spring. The challenges of running the boat will be nothing compared to trying to learn to work with a computer well enough to load the pictures, post them to the blog, and make them accessible. I will be dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century, God help me.

Slip Queen Heck, we'll just call Captain Yaisy for a ride!

Welcome home, and I'm looking forward to a ride. I'll be down between the 12th or so and leaving around the 19th or so.

What a trip.....you're my new hero man.

Mario,

Thanks for sharing the adventure with us. It was a pleasure!

May it be the beginning of a long and happy cruising/boating lifestyle for you and your family!

Nick

Thanks Everyone!!

We truly had a BLAST!

Pascal, "slip queen" Nah, we're leaving tomarrow after Yaisy gets home from work to anchor out someware, maybe NNH or the stadium. we have an eye on the weather...

Ed and Ang, looks like a boat ride is in your near future. possible raft up maybe?

Jim, the blog is easy to do. if you have a digital camera and you know how to download the pictures onto your computer, www.photobucket.com will upload the pics you choose then once it is in photobucket it's a matter of copy and pasting the "tag" link to your blog page.

When you are ready, call me and I'll walk you through the whole process. it's really is easy.

Doug, sorry about all of your guys wanting time off to go cruising. Just make sure they blog their story. oh' yeah, make sure they wear their Sams Marine shirts, Hatteras hat and use Sams Marine beer coasties. ;)

You guys and gals are the best...

Hey Mario, if you're anchored over at the Stadium this week, stop by. I'm making coquito on Sunday....'tis the season! The slip (#B80), two slips down, right behind the Ferretti, Viva, is vacant.
