Has anyone had a good experience (or bad) with a surveyor around Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach North Carolina? I have looked at the SAMS Surveyor list for that area, but I didn't really recognize any names. I guess it would be best if any bad reports were transmitted by PM, good ones - please post! Thanks.
