Bought my first Hatteras 50 (hull #9) with the intention of restoring it to it's former 1965 glory. It's been sitting on the hard in Mississippi since June 15, 2020.
Every time I plan to put it in the water and move the boat to Louisiana, HURRICANE A COMING!
Is someone upstairs trying to tell me something?

Rob are you taking the boat to Houma? I have a friend that has a 60' Convertible in Dularge

Yep, That's the plan. Sometime around middle of this month if all goes well.
Then a full restoration. the poor girl needs and deserves it.

Will do. I haven't talked to him since the summer but I assume he still has his boat there. He might not right now but last few storms he has put in the canal and ran ropes everywhere
