Hull number

Hi All, does anyone know where the hull number would be on a 1971 36C. The most common place on
other boats is on the transom just above the waterline.

These didn't start being done until late 1972, so, you won't have the conventional HIN that you are used to for newer boats.

Avenger, the Kathy L spent many summers on BI. The first couple years at the main dock at Paynes,
then for about ten years in the Hog Pen! Many memories of those years

Check your keel in your engine spaces. Along with my transom, it was etched on a plate epoxied to the keel in the generator space.

All the HOF rendezvous at Block were at Payne's. I've enjoyed many an adult beverage there. We all referred to it as Margaritaville North. Too bad we didn't cross paths there.
