After our recent steering system troubleshooting, our Raymarine autopilot now thinks "go straight" means "turn hard left". I suspect it just needs to be recalibrated, but the dockside commissioning procedure asks a few questions I don't know the answers to. I tried the Raymarine forum, but when I tried to sign up for an account I was presented with a dialog that said they're no longer accepting new accounts as they're moving to a new system. I followed the link to the new system and filed a ticket, and shortly thereafter received a confusing email saying they'd closed my ticket because they're moving to a new system, and that if I still needed help to reach out. Weird, because they didn't actually provide any help. It's like they skipped that step.
