HELP PLEASE. Needed 16"x16" headliner

I'm installing a second helm chair on the bridge. I talked to Roger and he believes the backing plate is there and I could just drill and tap but I would like to have a backup piece of headliner just in case. A 16"x16" piece will do.
'85 vintage would be just right.
