Look on the pump for the model number, probably H-42-4 and order on the Hynautic website. You could just replace the seals on the shaft , it is possible to change them from the front. But the pump disassembles from the rear . I did both helm pumps, as I assumed the other pump was not far from failure. I rebuilt the steering cylinder too , but I had it done by Marine Control Systems. I disassembled and cleaned the pumps and flushed the lines with new hydraulic fluid. If you take them apart , be careful not to loose any of ball bearings. The seal kit has large o-rings, they are not the same diameter, the smaller o-rings go over the housing, the larger lie in a cutout in the ends. Be careful to put the plates that hold the bearings back in the same relative position. The instructions will show this .
