Head fresh water running continuously

Have a friend with a Hatteras and his aft and mid electric heads won’t cut off when flushed on fresh water. Water continuously runs into bowl. They work properly when switched to raw water.

It only takes one grain of sand in that solenoid valve to have the water continuously gushing. Take the 4 screws out and clean the rubber manifold.
