Head China Bowl - Ratty Cracks

The china bowl on my 43 has what appears to be hairline cracks on the inside of the bowl. The cracks are cosmetic in nature only and do not go through and through. The head works perfectly. It is a vacuflush head. Is there anything I can do to fix this cosmetic blemish? I'd rather not have to replace the entire bowl on the head, especially since it is working perfectly. Thanks.

There are coatings that you can use but that is a ton of prep to get it ready for the coating. It would be easier and cheaper to just replace to bowl. Best of luck.
