I have a gift certificate that entitles the bearer to a haul-out and minor engine work (main engine(s)/transmission(s) oil changes at Delta Marine Services/J&H Marine located on the Stockton Deep Water channel in downtown Stockton, California.
I was the high bidder for the gift certificate during a silent auction at a local yacht club event earlier this winter and have decided I can not take advantage of it this year.
J&H (http://www.jhmarine.com) services both gasoline and diesel engines as well as generator sets and has a certified DD mechanic on staff.
The haul-out (no size restriction) includes a high-pressure wash. The yard has a self-service capability as well. No lay-up charges while the yard does any contracted work.
I paid $900 for the certificate with an overall value of more than $1500. No expiration date to the certificate and the price is firm.
