Hatteras 48YF (72-75) or 50 YF, MY (65-68) Wanted

Looking for the largest old Hatt that will fit in my slip (50ft max). Funds are ready, insurance ready, not expecting perfection. If anyone has or knows of one that is seriously for sale and priced for todays market, please send me a PM with details.

This is suppose to be nice, look at the engine room, bow thruster, etc.

I was aboard that boat last Feb. Was OK for an old boat, but not a star. She would need a fair amount of cosmetics to be really nice.

Yeah 871N with 3300 hours. Only 2700 more hours till break in.

The will run forever if properly cared for. The 871TI's are the ones to be more critical of.

I had looked that one over myself a few months ago. Agree with SeaEric as far as the condition. The owner, a mortgage broker, was only interested in a close offer. It could have worked for my needs if it could have been bought at a price which matched it's condition.

I've learned that, in this market, it's better to move on and find another candidate than to wait on any one boat so......I really appreciate the input on this one and hope that one of you might know of another worthy candidate (48YF, 50YF, 50 MY).
