We currently have a 1989 38' Ocean Yacht that we keep in East Hampton. The boat is amazing but we are out of space with dog and infant.
With this I am looking to trade and cash or buy once our boat sells for a 48-53 Hatteras that needs some love. It has to run and that is about it mechanically if price is right.
We need;
3 Staterooms and the Motor Yacht not the ED. I prefer the full walk around.
Now the bad side Ideally want to keep the budget low.
