Hatteras 1510 Rendezvous this weekend

The Hatteras 1510 Club Rendezvous starts on Thursday September 7th at the Tidewater Marina in Portsmouth, VA. If you want an opportunity to see a bunch of 53's and maybe a couple of 58's stop on by. If so please identify yourselves as Hatt owners so we can extend some Hatt hospitality. Many of the boats came in today and more arrive on Thursday.
If you want to join the club of owners and want a bees of 15' 10" wide Hatts, this would be a great opportunity.

Unfortunately, we won't be bringing our boat but we recently joined the 1510 Club and look forward to meeting all of you at TY on Friday-Saturday.

1510 Rendezvous off to great start. 52 people attending at Tidewater Marine in Portsmouth, Va. Four 53 Classics and two 53 Extended Decks Motor Yachts held open house today. In the morning Volvo Penta made an interesting presentation on Repowering with Volvo diesels. Volvo is the #2 Diesel manufacturer in the world behind Mercedes. Spent a lot of time on their D-9 Series @ 675hp, 715hp & 800 hp. Something to consider.

Also presentation on refitting Wilcox Seabrace stabilizers.

Saturday presentations include Awlgrip and Westmar Stabilizers. Boat open houses will be more 53 classics and a couple of 53 Yachtfishes.
