Has anyone EVER gotten one of these things off?!

How?? I’ve been trying for 2 hours. There’s nothing left to take off.

My handles have a set screw.

There’s either one or two sets screws on the handles. Once you remove those, the handle should slide off the square stock and you should be able to pull the door lock completely off.

Yes so this model has a brass pin in the shaft which I have removed but handle won’t come off shaft. I’ll keep coaxing it but she’s not cooperative.
