Hatteras Model
53' MOTOR YACHT (1969 - 1988)
I have three galleymaid toilet pumps available for sale. They all work and are in great shape. I shifted over to vacuflush, so these three pumps need to go to a good home. Price negotiable (whatever you think is fair). Located in Annapolis.

Skip,
What vacuum heads did you install? We're starting this conversion and wonder if you have any info, suggestions, etc. you can share?
Thanks,

What voltage are the GM pumps?

Sorry I forgot to add the voltage: 32 volts. All three are in good working condition.

Hi Mike-

We swiched over to Vacuflush for several reasons. The old GM heads used salt water were really smelly. They also use a lot of flushing water as they we originally intended to be routed directly overboard. Vacuflush uses fresh water and about one pint of water per flush. It really helped stretch the time between pump outs. It also moved the heads away from 32 volts to 12 volts. The down side of the vacuflush is that they are pricy- $5k per installation.

We changed out the aft two heads to vacuflush and had a manual head put in the forward bathroom. The manual head is there incase we loose power...

The Galley Maid pumps are sold.
