  1. OWNER - I own a Hatteras Yacht
Hatteras Model
53' MOTOR YACHT (1969 - 1988)
I am completing a total replacement project of all three heads on my 1984, 53MY. When finished I will have three working 32 volt pumps and one new spare solenoid. A couple of new stators.
I have two original heads as well, if anyone is interested.
$275 per pump, plus shipping. Heads free with shipping.

Where are you located or could you tell me the shipping to Hernando Beach, FL 34607?

I am on the Tennessee River at the NE corner of Mississippi. I'll check the shipping and get back to
you

For one of the pumps<shipping is estimated at $70. to postal code 34607. The shipping weight is approx.: 40 LBS.

Do you replace all the waste hoses , when replacing toilets ?

Yes I am changing the waste hoses

Replacing the hoses is it a difficult process ? Thanks , Edward

It is tedious, but doable. The short runs to the vented loop and then to the Y-Valve are simple. The run from my aft head to the forward holding tank was the difficult one.

I am interested in one if mine is bad. It has a dead short and I am going to diagnose tomorrow evening. May be something in the boat wiring but it only trips when I press the button so I am thinking a bad motor winding. I will let you know for sure tomorrow night.

What toilets are you planning on using? I’m doing the same thing with my 24v GMs.

I converted from 32V GM to 24V with Atlantis Freedom from Raritan Engineering. Two are complete, only 1 to go>:D

My bridge painting derailed my plumbing and I didn't get to check toilet this PM. Have guests coming tomorrow afternoon so will check tomorrow morning for sure and let you know.

Do the heads have rectangular bases? I could us a base if they are.

I was thinking about starting over, but maybe this is serendipitous? If there are two left, I guess I'd take them both. My 52C has that same "old style" from Raz.

I don't even know how to PM yet!

Click on the user name and it will take you to the PM. I haven't heard back from him but definitely want one.

Oh yeah - I see it! Thanks much.

I just wanted to toss my name in there, but I'm calling Raz in the morning and probably getting two entirely new/rebuilt units. There's so much to do on this boat, I need to keep pounding forward on the to-do list.

Sorry folks I have been enjoying the boat without the benefit of wi-fi since Friday morning. I'll check the messages soon.

The base bottom flange measures 11-3/4" front to back and 11" wide

Juice,
I have two left. One is still in the boat. It should be available in two weeks. Let me know if you want them.
