Galley Maid Empress Thermostat?

My Galley maid empress electric oven is acting fairly erratic as to temp setting. Sometimes it 150* hotter than the dial setting but sometimes it's only 50* more. Any ideas to fix/replacement thermostat available?

Can't help directly, but I have 2 working takeouts if you're interested. Both 3 burner typical stoves.
One is 120v and the other 240. Located in CT.

Bob, what condition is the 220V unit? I want to replace mine with one in newer condition.
