Hatteras Model
75' SPORT DECK MY (2000 - present)
Does anyone know what flare angle is used in our fuel system fittings?? Is it 37 or 45 degree ??
Pat

Originally 45 degrees.

but the Racor male fittings are 37' so ........I'm confused

Racors use JIC standard fittings. ,

Are the Racors Brass or steel?

yes that is what i have determined , Racors use 37 degree but the Kantleak fuel shut off valves at the tank are 45 degree. Confirmed by the manufacturer. I think I just found found the cause of my annoying air leak at the Racor ............Pat
