Hatteras Model
46' CONVERTIBLE-Series I (1974 - 1981)
The aft deck fuel sight glass fittings sat on top of the aft deck. I said why not flush mount them!

The coring around the sight glass was rotted back about 1/2 inch. I just dug it all out and west system filled it up. No more rot...
 
Thanks Capt bill, that is my first router, I bought it cheap at HD, a Ryboi I think. This was my second project with it. Its a great tool, should have got one a long time ago....Still learning my way around it. It sure makes a mess!
