52' CONVERTIBLE (1983 - 1990)
I am assuming there would have had to have been some water under there. A vertical surface would have been the last place that I would have thought I would have seen this. STB handrail from cockpit to walk-around.

Water / frozen water/ pushed out that material.
Next warm and dry days, take it apart, dry it out and re-bed.
Hopefully the core (if any) has not been soaked or damaged.

Thanks, I have alot of rebedding to do. That will definitely be my starting point.
