Hey Gene. That's a good compass overall but seems that model has an issue with loosing fluid. I have the same model on my bridge and have had it repaired by the guy down in mattapoisett twice! He swung the compass on the boat, compass card, etc. I gave up and left the slight bubble. Saw a brand new one old stock in nautical traders in salem for 300. Money wasn't burning a hole in my pocket. Anybody else have the leakage issue? I do remove the compass for the winter and it still happened.
