Fort Lauderdale Surveyor and Diesel Tech

Hi All,
We're getting our stars aligned for the next boat and I was wondering if anyone here has any positive recommendations for a surveyor who is familiar with 2008+ Hatteras Motor Yachts in the Fort Lauderdale area or surrounding areas.

I'll also be looking for a certified Caterpillar tech to do a complete engine and generator survey, the obvious is Pantropic but I was wondering if there are any others highly recommended?
