Exhaust Temperature - Detroit 2 Stoke Natural

I'm having the exhaust flanges on my 6V53 naturals coated by Jet Hot to prevent corrosion of the non-water jacketed surfaces. Jet Hot needs to know the operating temperature the flanges are exposed to, but I can't run the engines to take measurements.

Can any of you with pyrometers on your DDs tell me what peak exhaust temperatures you measure?

AFAIK Maximum exhaust temp would be around 700deg at WOT, cruising would be around 400...
