A friend of mine is starting a heavy truck parts business. He is going to include engine parts as well.

I suggested he carry the engine parts we regulary use ie filters etc and anything in the marine engine parts category that SAMS does not carry and are used enough that he doesn't sit on his inventory.

He is just now putting his inventory list together and said he would include stuff we use.

So what should he stock up on that we all need and doesn't compete in any way with Sams?
