Editing Threads fm IPad

Anyone else have any issues saving (submitting) changes to your threads? Maybe I'm not explaining properly. If I respond to a thread and find later that I had a typo or grammatical error, I try to fix it. If I'm on my iPad, I can make the change, but can't "save" it for some reason.

Anyone else? Buehler?

X2, also from a phone (Android). Guess is its a mobile thing. Been tbat way since the last upgrade to proboards. Same on other boards as well.

Sounds like a vBulletin problem (the software used here and in a lot of other places); some sort of browser interaction issue. Something Sams probably needs to run up the pole with those folks.

Yep, my Droid has also been a problem. Actually more than my iPad. And it's not just Sams. It's several of the sites I visit, so I agree that it's probably a vBulletin issue.

Of course, if my typing was better or my auto-correct understood me better....none of this would be a problem!

The probability is that the javascript "HTMLAREA" editor that is being used has some sort of compatibility issue. This is not uncommon with these -- I don't recognize the particular one vBulletin is using however.

Yep, can't edit with my iPhone. That s the only forum/software i ve run into with the issue
