DST-51 Automatic voltage regulator

I have a DST-51 AVR from a 1994 Northern lights 16kw with 1900 hrs on it. I was experiencing voltage fluctuations so replaced my AVR ($600) and had the same problem. Ultimately found faulty wiring connection causing problem. Cannot return new AVR- asking $150 plus postage for old one- Larry
