Anyone know.....hopefully, only 4 feet, since it is simply the ED with a cockpit.

On Yachtworld they all draw 4.9, seems odd to me, unless extra weight and fuel pushes her down.

My early 1970's Hatteras catelogue shows the following drafts:

70FT MY: 5'0"
58FT MY: 4'0"
58FT YF: 4'0"

53FT CVT: 4'0"
53FT MY : 4'0"

My paperwork shows 4' 10". I'm hauling out right after Labor Day for bottom paint. If I remember, I'll actually measure it.

My 53ED is actually 54" from bottom of keel to painted waterline. I wouldn't trust the printed specs.

Fully loaded, mine sits with only about 1" of bottom paint showing, so you could say 53" draft. If you have to be that accurate, you probably need to seek deeper waters.

Not questioning you Sky, just making an observation. I would assume there will be variations from boat to boat when it comes to absolute draft measurements, even if they are loaded in much the same way.
