Hatteras Model
45' CONVERTIBLE-Series II (1984 - 1992)
I will be completing the upgrade of all my Helm Gauges and sending units. If any one wants them please let me know. They are in OK condition or at least no water penetration. They are original equipment off my 45 1987 Convertible. Just pay for the shipping. Thanks Gina Marie/Tom.

I'm certainly interested. I will send a PM to you. Thanks in advance, Jason.

Tom,

I really need one engine water temp gauge of the old type. Sam's can't get them anymore so I'd have to rip out both and put in similar SWs with a new sender. If I can get one black original gauge, I'd be happy.

Thanks,

Doug Shuman

Any chance you can send some pics?

Gina Marie,

Just curious, what product are you upgrading to ?

I purchased all new Stuart Warners. They Look great just finished them today and added fuel gauges also.

JCG,

I have a couple of spare original tachometers from a '72 53MY that may be the same as yours. If you have one or two that don't work, these are "reportedly OK" and I'll give them to you.

Doug,
There is a nos temp gauge that you are looking for on the Chris Craft section on e bay.

Doug, if JCG isn’t interested, I am.

OK I'll let you know. Do you know if the 45C and the 53MY took the same tachs? These are the A/C GM tachs that are about 3 3/4 in. dia. and 2 1/2 in. deep. They're electric, not mechanical and have one big positive lug, 2 lightbulb holes and 2 bolts with an attaching brace, plus some internal bolts that come out the back. They have illegible numbers on them and a stencil that says "use with engine driven generator speed". I just have the tachs, not the senders.

No I don’t but I’m assuming they are the same since both boats are ‘72’s. I’ll take your description with me and check.

Thanks again!

Tarveler45C,

I just heard back from JCG and he needs them. I asked him to contact you directly in the future if he finds out he finds he has a spare one when he's done.

Regards,

Doug Shuman

Ok, thanks Doug. :)
